At BB Collection, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. After that time, the order will be processed and shipped, and we will not be able to cancel it.

How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, please email us at [email address] with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. We will review your request and let you know if it is possible to cancel your order.

Refunds: If your order is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun. Sale items are also final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note that processing time may take longer during high volume sales periods.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time: We offer standard shipping options, which typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing, and express shipping options, which typically arrive within 1-2 business days after processing.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view shipping costs during checkout before placing your order.

International Shipping: We currently only ship within Nepal.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
